You work in various disciplines from electrical to mechanical and everything in between. You manage the employees in the department and work closely with colleagues from the other departments to ensure that our production process runs as smoothly as possible. Faults and preventive maintenance are your daily fare.

• you consult with colleagues about the work to be performed, planning and preventive maintenance,
• you assist with maintenance/work.
• you identify points for improvement in production on a technical level,
• you have a helicopter view and make plans for the future,
• you support your colleagues.

• you feel at home in a production environment,
• you a driven professional who can and wants to work energetically, in a dynamic, varied working environment,
• you have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position,
• you have the skills to manage a department with technical people,
• you have knowledge of welding, metalworking, electrical engineering and production processes,
• you are driven, proactive and have a hands-on mentality.

• Salary € 14,42/17,30 gross an hour
• (holiday money and vacation days collected separately),
