Our client, an international company that makes sustainable solutions for several industries, is looking for a ServiceNow Developer. In the last few years, the company has grown steadily and lots of modules are used in ServiceNow already. The goal is to focus more on automation and digitalization; what is coming next? As senior Developer you are responsible for designing new innovative solutions on the platform.

About seven years ago, the organization implemented ServiceNow, making them a pioneer in this area at the time. Over the past few years, they have closely followed the latest developments, which means they are now using many modules—not only for IT, but also for Finance, HR, Legal, and other custom applications.Your responsibilities:

 

• Design and implement the CSDM framework within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture.

• Develop guidelines, standards, and reusable frameworks to support consistent data usage across various ServiceNow modules.

• Monitor and enhance data quality through structured assessments and ongoing improvements.

• Define and uphold data governance processes to maintain integrity and compliance across the platform.

• Collaborate closely with business units and technical teams to translate organizational needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Share knowledge and support colleagues by contributing to internal documentation, best practices, and onboarding materials.

Functie-eisen

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree;
• You have 5+ years development experience with the ServiceNow platform; 
• You have deep understanding of the CSDM framework, data model and integration capabilities; 
• You have knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM); 
• You have experience with working in large environments (Agile/Scrum);
• You are familiar with integration and scripting (API, REST/SOAP);
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. 

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Salary up to +/- 7500 euro gross per month on a 40 hour basis, depending on knowledge and experience;
• 25 holidays + 13 ADV days;
• Compensation for your home office;
• Travel expenses when needed;
• Flexible working hours + working from home 2 days per week 
• Laptop / phone.
