Our client, an international company that makes sustainable solutions for several industries, is looking for a ServiceNow Architect. In the last few years, the company has grown steadily and lots of modules are used in ServiceNow already. The goal is to focus more on automation and digitalization; what is coming next? As a Solution Architect you are responsible for designing new innovative solutions on the platform.
You will be part of a team consisting of 14 people, divided over multiple countries. The team covers all topics related to service management, provider management and process governance from a cross functional and global perspective.
You work closely with the ServiceNow Platform Owner, Delivery Lead and Technical Specialist. You lead the design of new solutions, translate the business needs to high level architectural designs and define best practices.

About seven years ago, the organization implemented ServiceNow, making them a pioneer in this area at the time. Over the past few years, they have closely followed the latest developments, which means they are now using many modules—not only for IT, but also for Finance, HR, Legal, and other custom applications.Your responsibilities:
Designing end-to-end solutions across various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, and custom-built apps), ensuring they align with the broader platform vision and business goals;
Translating complex business needs into scalable, future-proof ServiceNow solutions that follow architectural best practices;
Working on innovation initiatives—exploring and piloting new ServiceNow features such as AI, machine learning, and low-code tooling to drive added value;
Supporting governance by ensuring solution designs comply with security, compliance, and platform standards;
Conducting design and code reviews to maintain quality and consistency across teams;
Acting as a strategic partner to both business and IT stakeholders, bridging the gap between technology and operational goals.
