As a Technical Worker, you are responsible for the quality, maintenance, and repair of returned packaging to ensure it can be re-used. You follow technical repair instructions (drawings) and checklists while making the most efficient use of materials. Your main responsibilities:

• Autonomously inspect, repair, and maintain returned high-tech packaging following quality guidelines.
• The packaging is high-tech: repairing sensors, springs and other (complex) mechanical parts;
• Safely use tools, equipment, and transport vehicles (e.g., reachtruck and reachstacker).
• Perform quality checks and handle basic administrative tasks.
• Follow company rules on safety, environment, and cleanliness.

• Approximately 3+ years of work-experience in a technical environment;
• Able to communicate in English B1/B2 level;
• Able to read/understand technical drawings! (MUST HAVE)
• Driving license (car) is preferred;
• Soft-skills that match with the company-culture: teamplayer, proactive and being detail-orientated

Employment terms:

• Gross salary between €15,18 and €15,84 per hour;
• Resulting in a salary approximately between €525 and €600 netto per week based on a 40 hour working-week;
• A contract based on 40-hours with long-term intentions
• Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
• Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations.
• Building up your pension from the first day of work;
• You accumulate 20 vacation days with a full year of full-time work;
• 8,33% holiday allowance per year - paid in May.
