As a Technical Customer Specialist, you are responsible for supporting customers and partner dealers both nationally and internationally. The company specializes in products and software that assist agricultural machinery — think of GPS systems for tractors or automated sprayers attached to the back of a tractor. In this role, you’ll focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the company's software and hardware products.
In addition, you'll maintain strong relationships with dealers, prepare and deliver training sessions, and spend plenty of hands-on time exploring the products to really get to know them inside and out. You’ll become the go-to expert and support partner for both users and resellers.
