You will be working for a global supplier of premium coil-coated aluminum. Coil coating is a process in which a thin sheet of aluminum is fed through a painting installation using a steel strip and then rolled into a coil. This coil-coated aluminum is used in many industries, including architectural buildings, interiors, and transport and recreational vehicles. The focus here is on high-quality products — any desired color or design can be created!

At this company, you will have the opportunity as a Production Team Leader to optimize processes, ensure quality, and elevate your team to the next level. This is a role filled with responsibility, challenge, and opportunities for growth! As a Production Team Leader, you help ensure the smooth operation of the production line, resulting in a high-quality product.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of operators within a 3-shift system
• Ensuring smooth and efficient production with optimal use of resources
• Actively contributing to process improvements and increasing efficiency
• Conducting quality control and ensuring product standards are met
• Identifying and resolving issues to keep production processes running smoothly
• Reporting on production results and deviations

• MBO-3 level of education and thinking, preferably in a technical direction
• Proven experience in a (leadership) role within a production environment
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, with analytical and problem-solving skills
• A team player with a proactive and independent attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (Monday to Friday). At Euramax, we operate in a 3-shift rotation. On Fridays, we have adjusted working hours:

The afternoon/evening shift runs from 14:00 to 19:00 and The night shift runs from 19:00 to 03:00. This way, everyone gets to start their weekend a little earlier!

• Salary starting from €3,200, increasing up to €3,700, including shift allowance
