This central hub plays a crucial role in the supply chain by processing returned goods from stores efficiently, sustainably, and safely. FunctieomschrijvingAs a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team within a warehouse setting. You will ensure daily operations run smoothly and safely, with a strong focus on productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. You will also serve as the first point of contact for team members and support the implementation of 5S and lean processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a team in day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Monitoring KPIs and ensuring performance targets are met.
- Coordinating shift schedules and workloads.
- Promoting and enforcing safety and quality procedures.
- Reporting operational results to supervisors and stakeholders.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and lean implementation.
Functie-eisen- Minimum 12 to 18 months of leadership experience, preferably in a (production) logistics environment.
- Solid background in logistics or production.
- Good command of English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus.
- Familiarity with 5S and lean methodologies is preferred.
- Understanding of safe working practices.
- MBO working and thinking level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical affinity and experience working with machinery is a strong asset.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden- Weekly salary payment.
- Salary indication:
- Depending on experience, between €2,505 and €3,480.
- Shift work with allowances:
- Current: 2 shifts (early-late), including weekends.
- Future: 3 shifts (early-late-night), including weekends.
- Candidates must be flexible and willing to adjust to evolving shift structures.
- Travel allowance.
