As a Team Leader Logistics, you'll manage a team of operators and ensure that all processes run smoothly. You'll also coach your colleagues towards achieving the best results. Functieomschrijving:
As a Team Leader Logistics, you are the point of contact for a team of 10 to 15 operators. You coordinate daily operations, prevent delays, and focus on both performance and team morale. You'll be working in a 3-shift system with rotating hours: morning shift from 07:00 to 15:30, afternoon shift from 15:00 to 23:30, and night shift from 23:00 to 07:30.Your responsibilities include:
- Daily leadership of 10 to 15 operators
- Coordinating logistics processes
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in operations
- Coaching and motivating your team
- Maintaining a visible presence on the work floor

For this role, we're looking for someone with experience in leading logistics teams. You're a strong communicator, solution-oriented, and confident in a dynamic environment.You bring:
- Mbo level 4 education, preferably in logistics or a related field
- Demonstrable leadership experience
- Strong communication skills in English or Dutch

- A gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €4,100
- 23 vacation days (based on a 40-hour workweek) plus 8% holiday pay
