Functieomschrijving:
As a shift leader, you will coordinate activities within the department, overseeing the production process to ensure efficient operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Motivating and supervising the team.
- Ensuring adherence to hygiene regulations.
- Coordinating weighing, mixing, packaging, and labeling activities.
- Conducting quality controls.
- Promptly reporting and potentially resolving any issues.
- Reporting to the Production Manager and Operations Manager.
- Ensuring timely and accurate order handling.
Working Hours: You will work in a fixed 2-shift system from 14:00 to 22:00. Enjoy your mornings for personal activities, such as sports!

Who are you?
- Proven work experience as an operator, foreman, or shift leader in a production environment.
- Experience in the food industry is essential.
- Vocational education (MBO-3) level of competence.
- You speak English.
