This client is a leading company specializing in the production of chicken products, with six locations across the Netherlands and Poland. The slaughterhouses are located in Putten, Kornhorn, and Kotowo. Additionally, the locations in Nijkerk, Zeewolde, Barneveld, Kotowo, and Komorniki ensure that the meat is further processed into fresh, frozen, and pre-cooked products. Every week, they process about 4 million broiler chickens into a variety of chicken products, with the Barneveld site also preparing products for large restaurant chains and supermarkets. The company operates under the Poultry Processing Industry Collective Labor Agreement (CAO Pluimveeverwerkende Industrie).

Job Description
As a production worker in Zeewolde, you play an essential role in the daily production process. You take pride in working accurately and keeping an eye on the quality of the products. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely.
- Check the work schedule and make sure the line and materials are ready
- Monitor product quality and maintain strict hygiene
- Watch over the production process and report any issues immediately
- Adjust machines and fix small technical issues as needed
- Clean the workspace with your team after every shift
Job Requirements
- You bring enthusiasm and energy to the job, even when it gets busy
- You are willing to work in 2 shifts and sometimes weekend shifts
- You aim to become a little better every day
- You have a driver's license (B) and your own transport
- You have a good command of the English language
Salary and Benefits
- Salary between €2,450 and €2,700 gross per month
- Travel cost reimbursement
- 8.33% holiday allowance
- Extra bonus for working shifts, overtime, and Saturdays
- Year-end bonus, 25 holiday days, and the possibility of a permanent contract
