• Assembling concrete construction elements according to specifications;
• Installing fixtures and components into casting molds;
• Pouring concrete and ensuring proper shape and finish;
• Operating overhead cranes and production machines safely;
• Loading and unloading finished products with care;
• Performing quality checks to meet production standards.

• VMBO-level education or equivalent (pre-vocational training);
• Experience with overhead cranes is a plus, but not required;
• You are motivated, hardworking, and dependable;
• Willingness to work overtime when needed;
• You speak English or Dutch.

• Starting salary of €15.27 per hour;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
• Full-time job in day shifts (Monday to Friday);
• 25 vacation days + 8.33% holiday allowance per year (via Covebo);
• Year-end bonus of 3.5%;
