In your new role as a machine operator, you will work in a modern production environment where food products or raw materials are processed. Together with your colleagues, you ensure the production process runs smoothly. Your workday begins with reviewing the schedule and a brief handover from the previous shift. Your task is to operate one or more production lines, package the final product, and make sure everything keeps running efficiently.

You check whether there are enough raw materials and start the production process. If there’s a malfunction or something isn’t running correctly, you contact the technical service team. Thanks to your attentiveness and dedication, the line keeps moving, and high-quality products are made. 

In addition to working with machines, you regularly check the quality of the products. You pay attention to things like weight, packaging, or structure. If you notice anything unusual, you take immediate action. This way, you ensure that only good products reach the customer.

At the end of your shift, you make sure your workspace is clean and pass on any important notes to the next team. Thanks to your commitment, technical insight, and sense of responsibility, you help keep the production process running smoothly and ensure customer satisfaction.

• You have a good level of technical understanding – or the willingness to learn quickly
• You work accurately and can function both independently and within a team
• Your English is fluently; understanding Dutch is a strong advantage
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required
