What will you do?

As a Production Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our bakery. Every day, you make sure our stroopwafels are made to perfection. Your tasks are varied and hands-on:

• Weighing and mixing ingredients to create the perfect dough.
• Cooking the stroop filling at just the right temperature.
• Setting up, operating and adjusting production machines.
• Solving small technical issues when needed.
• Checking the quality of dough, syrup and final products.
• Keeping your workstation clean and following hygiene and safety standards.

👉 You’ll work in a 3-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night shifts), which means variety — and extra income thanks to shift bonuses!

Shifts:Monday

• 03:00 – 12:00
• 12:00 – 21:00
• 21:00 – 06:30

Tuesday – Friday

• 06:30 – 14:30
• 14:30 – 22:30
• 22:30 – 06:30

Please note: our location is not easily reachable by public transport, so you’ll need your own transportation.

• You speak Dutch or English.
• You have your own transportation (the site is not accessible by public transport).
• You can handle physical work (lifting up to 25 kg).
• Experience in production, food manufacturing or hospitality is a plus, not a must.
• You’re reliable, eager to learn and have a hands-on mindset.

• A gross monthly salary up to €3,048.72 (including shift allowance).
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (from 5 km one way).
