Job Description
As a production employee in Heerenveen, you'll be working in a production environment focused on building prefab bathrooms. At this company, complete bathrooms are assembled from raw materials. These are modular units that can be lifted directly into homes or other buildings.
As a production employee your tasks include:
- Working on the production of prefab bathrooms. The company uses up-to-date machinery to support you throughout the process.
- Continuously working on optimizing the production process. You actively contribute to making production more efficient.
- Reading technical drawings is a key part of your job. As an experienced production employee, you know exactly where each element needs to go.
- The prefab bathrooms consist of various components such as walls, floors, ceilings, sanitary installations, electrical wiring, tiling, and other finishes. You'll start at one workstation, but there are plenty of opportunities to grow and rotate across multiple departments and stations.
Job Requirements
- You have experience as a production worker or in a similar hands-on role — that's definitely a plus.
- Reading technical drawings is something you're comfortable with.
- You bring a proactive and positive attitude to the job. If another workstation needs support, you're happy to step in and help.
- You take pride in delivering high-quality work.
- You have a good command of Dutch or English, so communication on the work floor is no problem.
Salary and Benefits
- A gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €2,750;
- A full-time position in day shifts, based on a 40-hour workweek;
- Working hours from 07:30 to 16:20;
- A pleasant work environment with opportunities for growth;
- 25 vacation days;
- Travel allowance of €0.16 per kilometer.
