Vacature omschrijving

• Operating and maintaining powder coating systems
• Performing manual spraying tasks when needed
• Hanging and prepping products according to technical drawings
• Executing color changes and adjusting equipment settings
• Checking coating thickness, adhesion, and surface finish
• Working with the team to consistently meet top-quality standards

• A technical MBO degree or hands-on experience in powder coating or industrial painting
• Strong sense of responsibility and focus on quality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Good communication skills (understanding Dutch is a plus)
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• Motivation to grow and learn if you’re new to the field

• A competitive gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,000, including 2-shift allowance
