Within this setting, the Digital Journey Services area focuses on designing and optimizing customer journeys, with an emphasis on automation, efficiency, and excellent user experience. To support these ambitions, the team is expanding with a PEGA Developer who will contribute to building next-generation case management workflows.
You will become part of a team of 7 members that are highly motivated. The team is characterized by a collaborative spirit, a focus on innovation, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. You will contribute end-to-end: from initial development to deployment in production.
Functieomschrijving
- Develop and configure applications using PEGA’s low-code platform, focusing on case management processes;
- Model and configure business rules and decision strategies to streamline operational workflows;
- Integrate PEGA applications with external systems such as SAP, Oracle databases, and APIs
- Actively participate in the Scrum team, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and infrastructure;
- Troubleshoot technical issues, enhance system performance, and optimize existing PEGA applications;
- Collaborate closely with BAs, Product Owners, and stakeholders to challenge and refine business requirements;
- Mentor and support a junior PEGA Developer within the squad, fostering knowledge sharing and team growth.
Functie-eisenWe’re looking for a technically strong, communicative, and proactive PEGA Developer who brings a critical and collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate brings:
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with the PEGA platform (preferably PEGA PRPC);
- A solid understanding of case management principles and workflow design;
- Familiarity with system integration concepts (APIs, databases, middleware);
- Preferably PEGA certifications such as CSA (Certified System Architect) or CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect);
- A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
