What will you do?

As a Production Operator, you are the cornerstone of the production process. You’ll configure production lines correctly, monitor efficient workflow, and conduct quality checks. If you spot any irregularities, you’ll act quickly to resolve them. With your sharp eye and technical skills, you play a key role in delivering a flawless final product.

• Set up, operate, and monitor the production lines;
• Perform quality control checks;
• Identify and resolve deviations or malfunctions;
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and optimizations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has technical insight and a hands-on mentality;
• Is physically fit and can perform well under pressure;
• Speaks Dutch or English fluently;
• Is willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system;
• Is flexible and occasionally available to work nights or weekends;
• Has experience in a production environment (preferred but not required).

Working at this company means:

• A gross monthly salary between €2,300 and €2,800 (depending on experience);
•  A 15% shift allowance;
