Always wanted to be an operator but lack qualifications? You're in luck! Our client in Bergen op Zoom seeks motivated technical individuals eager to start as operators. Your role includes machine operation, troubleshooting, and meeting production goals. Collaborate with your team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately. Functieomschrijving:
Your responsibilities as an operator involve:
- Setting up, operating, and managing machines to produce parts or build cabinets.
- Determining the optimal production sequence and evaluating production statistics.
- Continuously monitoring and adjusting processes to prevent issues.
- Guaranteeing product quality during manufacturing or assembly.
- Performing basic maintenance and assisting the technical team with additional maintenance duties.

- Skills equivalent to mbo level 2.
- You're highly proactive.
- Overtime until production finishes is acceptable.
- You focus on detail and quality.
- You're keen to learn and truly love technology.
- Shifts are manageable for you.

- Earn up to €3,450 gross monthly.
