Are you a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced production environment? As an operator, you run Fuji and Alpha flowpack machines. You keep everything moving smoothly and make sure products are packed and ready for delivery. Earn up to €3,600 gross per month (including shift allowance). ou are a key player on the packaging line. You keep machines running, spot problems fast, and fix them right away. Every shift, you help deliver top-quality food products, packaged on time.Tasks include:
- Setting up, operating, and adjusting Fuji and Alpha flowpack machines
- Checking product quality and machine performance
- Fixing small issues and doing basic maintenance
- Keeping your work area clean and safe
- Working closely with your team to improve the process
Functievereisten:
You're a proactive operator who likes to get things done.You bring:
- Dutch, English, or Polish language skills
- Flexibility to work in a 3-shift system
- A strong mindset and can handle pressure
- Experience in the food or similar industry
- Technical interest and machine know-how
