Maintenance and service engineer – industrial climate control

Are you a technician who enjoys working with advanced cooling and heating systems in an industrial environment? Do you take pride in solving technical problems and ensuring systems run at peak performance—whether independently or within a close-knit team?

We are looking for a maintenance and service engineer with a strong interest in climate control, HVAC, industrial refrigeration, and process cooling. You’ll join a company that specialises in temperature control solutions for industrial environments, offering both permanent installations and rental systems for clients across various sectors.

Your role

As maintenance and service engineer, you will:

• perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems
• assist with the installation and commissioning of both permanent and rental equipment
• troubleshoot system faults and restore equipment performance
• work independently or collaboratively, depending on the project scope

You’ll be supported by an experienced, hands-on team leader who understands the technical field and helps you grow in your role.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who combines a practical mindset with solid technical knowledge. You have:

• an mbo diploma in HVAC, electrical engineering, installation technology or energy engineering
• hands-on experience with refrigeration, climate control or HVAC systems
• strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
• a valid category B driver’s license
• F-gas certification is a plus – if not yet obtained, we’ll support you in getting certified
