Job Description

As a machine operator you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machines in a 5-shift operation in accordance with the Dairy CAO. You will ensure efficient and qualitative production of dairy products, accurately monitoring the processes and identifying any deviations. As a machine operator, you will also carry out regular quality checks and be responsible for carrying out first-line maintenance on the machines.

Job Requirements

• Minimum MBO level 3 working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of process engineering
• Experience as an operator in a production environment, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry
• Technical insight and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work 5 shifts ( 2 x day shift, 2 x evening shift, 2 x night shift, 4 days off)
• Accuracy and eye for detail
• Very good English language spoken and written,( Dutch preffered)
• Familiar with HACCP and GMP regulations
• Team player with good communication skills

Salary and Benefits

• A market-based salary of €16.91 gross per hour according to the Dairy CAO;
• Surcharge of 125.7% on each hour worked;
• Salary per hour incl. allowance €21.26
• Annual end-of-year bonus of 4%
• Full-time working day of 33.6 hours per week. You will work 2 day shifts, 2 evening shifts and two night shifts, then you will have 4 days off
