Are you an experienced or aspiring Machine Operator looking to work in a dynamic production environment? In this role, you will operate industrial machines, monitor product quality, and ensure smooth and safe operations on the shop floor. You’ll be part of a dedicated team where precision, efficiency, and safety are essential. What you will do as a Machine Operator:

• Safely and efficiently operate production machinery within a 5-shift schedule;
• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all products meet strict standards;
• Detect and resolve minor technical or mechanical issues on machines;
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation according to company safety protocols.

• Technical education or hands-on experience in production or manufacturing;
• Practical knowledge of operating machinery in a factory or industrial setting;
• Basic understanding of machine maintenance and first-level troubleshooting;
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written;
• Proactive attitude with a focus on safety and teamwork.
