As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating production machines, monitoring product quality, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly and safely on the shop floor. You’ll work in a dynamic team where precision, efficiency, and safety are top priorities. Your responsibilities:

• Operate production machines safely, accurately, and efficiently in a 5-shift system
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure all products meet high standards
• Identify and troubleshoot basic technical or mechanical issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation according to company safety regulations

• A technical degree or prior experience in technical production or manufacturing
• Practical experience operating machinery in an industrial or factory setting
• A basic understanding of machine maintenance and first-line troubleshooting
• Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
• A proactive and safety-conscious mindset

• A monthly salary starting at €3,236 including shift allowance
• A 33.6-hour workweek in an advanced 5-shift system
