Are you a hands-on professional with technical skills, and do you enjoy working in a dynamic production environment? We’re looking for a motivated Machine Operator to join the manufacturing team! In this role, you'll operate production machines, ensure product quality, and keep the work environment safe and organized. Your tasks are:

• Operate production machines safely, accurately, and efficiently in a 5-shift system;
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure all products meet high standards;
• Identify and troubleshoot basic technical or mechanical issues;
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation according to company safety regulations.

• A technical degree or prior experience in technical production or manufacturing;
• Practical experience operating machinery in an industrial or factory setting;
• A basic understanding of machine maintenance and first-line troubleshooting;
• Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written);
• A proactive and safety-conscious mindset.

• A starting salary of €3,236 per month, including shift allowance;
• A 33.6-hour workweek in a modern and efficient 5-shift rotation;
• Unlimited travel reimbursement at €0.23 per kilometer;
