You’ll be working in the Deurne region, at an international company with several locations across the Netherlands. The company has its own dispatch department, where goods are received and shipped daily.
You will be responsible for supporting the dispatch team, which consists of about 30 employees. Together with your team, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly.
Personal attention and proper onboarding are a high priority. You’ll receive thorough training until you’re confident working independently. Teamwork is also key: you tackle the job together. Got ideas to improve operations? You’ll have the freedom to contribute and take initiative. Lunch? You’ll enjoy it in the company canteen with your colleagues. This is a full-time position in a 2-shift system, Monday through Friday:

  • Morning shift: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Evening shift: 15:00 – 01:00

What will you be doing?

  • Preparing and printing CMR documents
  • Processing logistics data in Exact
  • Communicating daily with your English-speaking colleagues
  • Supporting your colleagues in the dispatch department

This is a varied role where approximately 70% of your time is focused on administrative tasks, and the remaining 30% is spent assisting in the dispatch area.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in logistics or administrative work within a logistics setting
  • You speak the English language
  • Living in or near Peel en Maas, Venray, Weert, Helmond, Veldhoven or Eindhoven
