Your future employer is looking for a skilled System Administrator and Support Specialist to strengthen their growing IT team. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for on-site IT support and troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of servers, networks, and IT infrastructure. The position involves a mix of day-to-day operational support and involvement in key technology projects. You'll manage system installations, configurations, and updates, while also stepping in as backup during staff absences. Daily responsibilities include supporting employee onboarding, managing user accounts, and maintaining access permissions — all essential for keeping operations running reliably as the company continues to grow.
In addition to your support role, you will contribute to various IT projects such as ERMS and WMS implementations, assist with ITSM system administration, and participate in disaster recovery planning and testing. You will help develop and maintain the company intranet and internal tools, working closely with other departments to drive process improvements. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation is essential in this role. You will create and update Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures, ensure IT systems meet cybersecurity and data compliance standards, and support audit and compliance activities. Training users on new systems and developing user-friendly documentation and training materials will also be part of your tasks.
