What you’ll do

In this dynamic role, you’ll travel frequently—especially to England and across Europe—to inspect, maintain, and optimize transport systems at high-tech production and logistics facilities. You’ll be the go-to expert on site, solving technical challenges and representing our commitment to quality and service. You will also do troubleshooting remote once in a while.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Maintenance & upgrades – Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
• Technical diagnosis – Resolve mechanical and electrical faults using technical drawings and diagnostic tools.
• Client support – Communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and provide high-quality solutions.
• Precision work – Calibrate, fine-tune, and commission components to ensure optimal performance.

What we offer

• A salary of up to €4,400 gross/month, depending on your experience
• Flexible working hours – Choose a 32- or 36-hour workweek, with the ability to manage international travel
• 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days
• A fully equipped service van, professional-grade tools, and a fuel card
• Frequent travel to client sites across Europe, particularly England
• A permanent contract from day one

Who you are

• You have a completed technical education (MBO level) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar discipline
• You enjoy working on-site and solving real-world technical challenges
• You speak English fluently and can communicate clearly with international clients
• You hold a valid EU driver’s license (B) and are eager to travel
• You live in the Netherlands and are legally allowed to work in the EU

Where you’ll be based

Your home base is Oud-Beijerland, near Rotterdam. From here, you’ll travel to production sites and logistics centers across Europe.
