Manpower is looking for an enthusiastic HR Backoffice Specialist to join a growing international company based in Zaltbommel. In this part-time role (20–32 hours), you will support the HR team with payroll, administration, and employee-related processes. You’ll be the first point of contact for HR questions and play a key role in onboarding, recruitment, and employee engagement. Manpower is looking for an HR Backoffice Specialist for a company based in Zaltbommel.

The HR department is seeking an HR Backoffice Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting administrative and payroll tasks, ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of HR processes. Like:
  • Supporting payroll and general HR administration
  • Accurately maintaining employee data in HR-related databases
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions
  • Handling administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Assisting in the recruitment process, such as scheduling interviews and preparing employment contracts
  • Creating and coordinating onboarding plans for new colleagues
  • Participating in a variety of HR projects
  • Helping to organize engaging and fun employee events

Functie-eisen
  • You have completed a Bachelors degree, preferably in HRM or administration
  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • You are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and communicate clearly
  • You work accurately, in a structured manner, and can handle confidential information well
  • You can work independently
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English
  • Experience with HR systems and payroll is a plus
