FunctieomschrijvingAs an IT Helpdesk Support Technician, you will serve as the first point of contact for colleagues with technical issues or IT questions. Your mission: ensure everyone can continue working smoothly. Tasks include password resets, troubleshooting hardware/software problems, distributing devices, and assisting with application questions.
Key Responsibilities
- Log and handle internal IT support requests
- Resolve common IT issues (first-line support)
- Install and distribute laptops, phones, and other hardware
- Support Microsoft 365 and other internal systems
- Contribute to improvements in internal IT processes
Functie-eisen- MBO 4 diploma (preferably in ICT or related field)
- Previous IT support experience and a friendly, patient approach
- Excellent communication skills across different departments
- Accurate, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant mindset
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune and Autopilot
Arbeidsvoorwaarden- Gross full-time monthly salary between € 3,700 and € 4,100 (based on experience)
