About the company: You'll be joining a growing family-owned company in Goirle that specializes in producing custom-made furniture in its own workshop. Together with a close-knit team, you'll work on diverse projects for clients in sectors such as office design, hospitality, and healthcare. It's a dynamic environment where craftsmanship and teamwork are key.

As a furniture maker, you’ll work on a variety of tasks that require technical skills, machine handling, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be part of a team, but also expected to work independently and think along to improve the process.

• Operating machinery to produce custom furniture parts;
• Assembling furniture or specific components;
• Reading and creating technical drawings;
• Suggesting improvements to increase efficiency;
• Following safety procedures and keeping your workspace clean and organized.

• Minimum 3+ years of work-experience in a technical environment (Furniture Maker);
• Able to communicate in English B1/B2 level;
• Able to read/understand technical drawings! (MUST HAVE)
• Driving license (car) is preferred (not a must);
• Soft-skills that match with the company-culture: teamplayer, proactive and being detail-orientated.

• A salary approximately between €500 and €550 netto per week based on a 37,5 hour working-week;
• A contract based on 40-hours with long-term intentions
• Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
• Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations.
• Building up your pension from the first day of work;
• You accumulate 20 vacation days with a full year of full-time work;
• 8,33% holiday allowance per year - paid in May.
