As a Finishing Operator, you work with various machines (both conventional and CNC) to accurately process parts. You ensure everything matches the drawings, check the quality, and actively contribute ideas on how to make the work smarter and more efficient. You also help keep the workplace clean, safe, and well-organized. Occasionally, you assist other departments when needed.

• You have experience with technical work and machinery;
• You hold an MBO level 2 diploma, preferably in metal engineering;
• You can read technical drawings;
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system and occasionally work extra hours.
