As a financial administrative assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks within the company. You will work 32 hours per week as part of a team of four colleagues at the service desk, the beating heart of the organization. Here, you’ll ensure that all financial processes run smoothly and that orders remain up-to-date. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and development within this role.
Your workday starts with processing purchase invoices using Elvy software, followed by bank transactions and verifying sales invoices. Throughout the day, you’ll handle accounts receivable management and track purchasing activities in the ERP system SAP Business One. You will also be responsible for preparing payments and sending payment reminders.
Functie-eisen
Minimum of mbo-level education (secondary vocational education)
5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
Experience with SAP Business One and Elvy software
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and integrity
Good command of the English language
