Het nieuwe Eden Hotel Amsterdam heeft na de verbouwing een complete metamorfose ondergaan. We hebben nu een heuse Tokyo-style nachtclub, een prachtig Foodtheatre waar je de hele dag terecht kunt voor lekker eten en drinken en is een self service concept uitgerold in de nieuwe lobby. Met het toevoegen van 5 nieuwe kamers komt het totaal op maar liefst 391 en zijn we daarmee één van de grootste hotels in het centrum van Amsterdam. Ook werd er een groot aantal kamers verbouwd in een Burlesque thema en brengen we de geschiedenis van Eden Hotels en de historie van het hotel en haar omgeving nadrukkelijker naar voren.

Do you enjoy giving guests a great time and are you happy to go the extra mile to do so? Can you manage a team and are you a true inspirator? For the Eden Hotel in Amsterdam we are looking for an energetic F&B Supervisor with serious leadership skills!
What will you be doing?
As F&B Supervisor you are the "go-to" person for our guests and your colleagues. You will be the right hand of the F&B Manager – responsible for the Food & Beverage department. You will ensure that guests have a great stay and are always looking for ways to make that experience even better. That's what really energizes you.
With your leadership skills, you get the best out of the F&B team. You are not afraid to make decisions and during your shift, you are a true inspiration to others. You have a good sense of which areas and departments are busiest and always make sure that these receive extra help when needed. Apart from that, we know we can also count on you to do the administrative chores that come with the job. Whether that is reviewing the monthly figures, creating next month's working schedule, or reviewing and logging the hours worked by your colleagues, you are always on top of it. You know that when your team is happy, so will your guests.
Who are we?
The new Eden Hotel Amsterdam has undergone a complete metamorphosis after its renovation. We have a real Tokyo-style hotel bar, a beautiful Food Theatre where you can eat and drink all day long and a self-service concept has been rolled out in the new lobby. The addition of 5 new rooms brings the total to no less than 391 and makes us one of the largest hotels in the center of Amsterdam. A large number of rooms were also refurbished with a Burlesque theme. The history of Eden Hotels and the history of the hotel and its surroundings are brought to the fore in every aspect of the new design.

Who are you?
- You always put the guest's needs first and always go the extra mile.
- You are presentable, enthusiastic, and always ready to go.
- You have completed a relevant education at least at MBO-4 level.
- You have experience in an operational F&B position and can manage a team.
- You are the person that can motivate, train and coach your team.
- You have good product knowledge and you are always happy to share this knowledge with guests and colleagues.
- You know how to create an unforgettable experience! Together with our team, you will provide our guests with a wonderful experience in the Living Room (our restaurant) This can be during breakfast services, an event, casual drinks, or a work meeting.
- You are flexible in working hours and duties.
- You have a high sense of responsibility and can perform well under pressure and hectic conditions.
- You are fluent in English. Do you also speak Dutch? Even better!
- You live in the region of Amsterdam.
