Job Description

We're not just looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (f/m/d), but for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to manage online campaigns, boost engagement, and maximize revenue. If you love combining creativity with data-driven insights, this role is for you!

Borealis Hotel Group is a very fast growing hotel group with hotels of different brands. Including IHG, Accor, Hilton and Mariott. We now have a fantastic role open that puts you on the radar of all the different brands we work with.
 
Role Summary:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media, email) 
  • Manage social media channels, including paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and brand campaigns, with regular performance analysis
  • Manage the paid media strategy and budgets for all hotels
  • Oversee content strategy, including training programs, to enhance property-level social media presence
    1. Development of on-property content champion program and training 
    2. Act as brand guardian for hotels and sales teams, ensuring alignment with guidelines and support with marketing tools
    3. Support eCommerce initiatives across all properties and manage the paid media strategy as well as budgets for all hotels
    4. Identify and implement marketing opportunities resulting from local partnerships to ensure optimum exposure for the hotel and its facilities and services
    5. Regular auditing and reporting of online channels to drive online performance
 
Administration & Reporting:
  • Ownership of the digital strategy for all hotels, covering social media, brand channels, OTAs, and directory listings
  • Conduct monthly social media reporting, analysis, and ROI evaluation for marketing expenditures
  • Proper and effective use of BHG systems and tools
  • Prepare and complete other reports and presentations as required
  • Ensure that all activities follow GDPR regulations, Brand & IHR operating policies, purchase orders, processes, and systems




Job Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in marketing with knowledge of SEO, social media, email marketing, PR, and print/collateral management 
  • At least 1 year of marketing experience; experience with Meta Business Manager and Canva is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an eye for design. Organized, diligent, and skilled at managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Commercially savvy, highly motivated, and determined to achieve results
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to generate ideas, write effective online copy, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Resourceful and able to use initiative, solve problems and find solutions.
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to respond/thrive within a busy working environment
  • The role may require travel to properties within the region
  • Speaking German and English
