Functieomschrijving

As a customer service employee, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service delivery. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This is a temporary position (3 to 6 months) and a great opportunity to boost your career.

Your workday starts with reviewing incoming emails and phone calls. You will then handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the order entry team and the logistics department to ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time.

Functie-eisen
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
