As a Customer Relations Specialist, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients and a key player in ensuring seamless logistics operations. With your customer-centric mindset and sharp organizational skills, you deliver exceptional service at every stage of the process.

What you will do in this dynamic role, variety is the norm. You will:

• Navigate the world of air freight and manage shipments from start to finish
• Keep clients well-informed with clear, timely updates on rates, delivery timelines, and shipment progress
• Ensure accurate documentation and handle invoicing with precision
• Work closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams—locally and across borders
• Proactively identify improvements and suggest smart, efficient process enhancements

What we’re looking for:

• You communicate clearly and confidently in English; Dutch is a plus.
• You enjoy a varied workday and can easily switch between tasks and priorities.
• You have a keen eye for detail and handle data and systems with precision.

What we offer:

• A full-time position with daytime shifts in an international and fast-paced environment
• A competitive salary based on collective labor agreement: €2,750 – €3,400 gross per month, depending on experience
