Robotics, fully automated processes, and its own fermentation plant and energy generation make the technology challenging and sustainable. Approximately 1,600 colleagues work in a friendly, no-nonsense atmosphere in IJsselstein.
The Technical Department has two teams: Slaughterhouse and Meat Processing, managed by the Group Maintenance Manager. There is a Coordinator Maintenance & Engineering open for each team. Dutch is required in the Slaughterhouse. In Meat Processing, you will work in an international team where Dutch and English are spoken.

As a Coordinator Maintenance & Engineering, you're the central point of contact between production, technicians, and suppliers. You translate reports into clear instructions, plan and prepare work, and ensure that tasks are completed safely and as agreed. In the event of malfunctions, you maintain an overview and ensure the right people are in the right place.
Some of your most important tasks:
You'll work day shifts with flexible start times between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Once every three weeks, you'll participate in a Saturday shift (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
You have strong organizational and communication skills. You maintain an overview, set priorities, and seamlessly transition between the work floor and stakeholders. You think in terms of solutions and act decisively.
