As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for independently executing machining operations on our state-of-the-art Nakamura machines, equipped with dual spindles, dual turrets with driven holders, and bar feeding systems or robot systems. Your work will involve programming and operating these machines, allowing for a diverse range of tasks daily.

• Setting up and programming Nakamura SC 300 II and Nakamura Tome WT-150 II machines.
• Performing quality checks using hand measurement tools.
• Staying updated on new machining techniques and tools.
• Actively contributing to process and quality improvements.
• Maintaining comprehensive digital documentation of tool lists, fixtures, and programs.
• Resolving minor malfunctions independently and conducting preventive maintenance.

• A completed technical education in machining or proven experience as a CNC Turner.
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls, reading technical drawings, and knowledge of geometric and positional tolerances.

• A competitive salary between € 3.000,00 - € 4.500,00
