This globally recognized organization is constantly evolving and frequently integrates new applications into its IT environment. While the infrastructure is now largely cloud-based, there are still some on-premise components. To ensure these applications operate as securely as possible, they are seeking a Security Risk Manager to join their team.

Your role is twofold: on one hand, you will be actively involved in designing and conducting security assessments for new applications; on the other, you will contribute strategically to the development of new security policies.

• Develop security assessments based on Security by Design principles;
• Gather necessary information and documentation for conducting assessments;
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to assess security risks;
• Perform security assessments to identify potential risks;
• Document findings and provide clear recommendations;
• Perform, advise on, and follow up on generic risk assessments and identified risks;
• Prepare advisory reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders;
• Contribute to the development of new policies regarding security matters;
• Align with IT (-security) teams on required controls and activities;
• Deliver and monitor security requirements based on the sensitivity and importance of different subjects;
• Communicate and advise security risk management teams, project teams, business partners, and IT teams on information security improvements and requirements, ensuring business agility.

Functie-eisen

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent higher education);
• At least 5 years of experience in Information Security Risk Management;
• Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, or CCSP;
• Proven experience with ISO27001;
• Demonstrated experience with Azure and Google Cloud;
• Strong background in Security by Design principles;
• Hands-on experience conducting Risk Assessments;
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
• Willingness to work on-site multiple days per week.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• A gross monthly salary between €6,000 and €7,700 (based on 38 hours per week, depending on experience);
• 13th-month bonus (8.3% of annual salary);
• 13 additional leave days (ADV) on top of standard vacation days (full-time basis).
