Job Description

As our CISO, you have responsibility for leading the Information Security Risk Management function within Allego. These will be your responsibilities:

• You develop, own, and manage the information- and cyber security risk management strategy, policies, and governance framework.
• You safeguard critical or sensitive information, processes and infrastructure
• You develop and maintain a culture of information security awareness and behavior.
• You ensure that the framework is supporting Privacy management
• You ensure Allego has adequate Business Continuity Management, Business recovery and Crisis Management capabilities
• You make sure Allego complies with external regulations like SOx, GDPR NIS2 and SEC reporting
• You manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners
• You have a direct reporting line to the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

You have experience operating as a Chief Information Security Officer. You have outstanding communication skills and have experience with internal and external stakeholder management. Also:

• You focus on continuous improvement;
• You have experience in cyber security;
• You understand SOx and GDPR regulations;
• You are familiar with NIS2 and SEC reporting;
• You have a relevant Bachelor or (preferably) Masters degree.
