Radisson Hotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hoofddorp is vanaf de A4 afrit 3 Hoofddorp in enkele minuten te bereiken. Ook met het openbaar vervoer is de ligging heel goed. (Bushalte Beukenhorst op 3 minuten lopen van het hotel en in 8 minuten op Schiphol) Het is een schitterend paleisachtig pand met 281 kamers waaronder 2 suites met een jacuzzi op het balkon. Het design is met veel daglicht en met blauw- en groentinten en lichte houtsoorten en een groot assortiment planten zowel modern als uitnodigend te noemen. Naast 6 Meeting & Event ruimtes, een all day dining restaurant, een bar en een goed uitgeruste gym.

Radisson Hotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is preparing for its grand opening, and we're looking for a passionate and hands-on Chef de Partie to help us launch a culinary experience that sets the bar from day one. With 281 rooms, 6 meeting and event styling rooms, and the energy of a brand-new operation, this is your chance to showcase your skills, inspire others, and be part of something exceptional.What you'll do
As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your own section in the kitchen, whether that's starters, mains or desserts. Ensuring every plate that leaves your station is perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. You'll be responsible for training and guiding (junior) chefs, maintaining high culinary standards, and keeping your mise-en-place, hygiene and workflow on point. You'll thrive in a role that demands creativity, precision, and the ability to adapt to the dynamic rhythm of a busy service. From contributing ideas to menu development, to keeping cool under pressure during peak moments, you'll be a key player in delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Job Requirements
What we're looking for
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or hotelchains (big organisation is preferred)
- A creative and detail-oriented approach to cooking
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
- A team player with strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- Flexible, resilient, and able to work under pressure, while guiding and mentoring our junior chefs in mastering their craft
- Good command of English or Dutch
