Organisation
Kleinschalig luxe-hotel gelegen op het Vrijthof Maastricht. We bieden 17 kamers, een multifunctionele Serre en een volledige Wellness met zwembad, sauna, hamam en behandelruimtes. 
Onze nadruk ligt op service, intimiteit en exclusiviteit.

Job Description
Maison Haas Hustinx zoekt voor onze locatie aan het Vrijthof te Maastricht per heden een nieuwe Part-Time (24u) Breakfast hero.
Als hotel proberen we constant te groeien en te innoveren, ons doel is om bij de absolute wereldwijde hoteltop te horen. Hierbij hoort ook een hotelontbijt dat zich kan meten met dit niveau. We zoeken jou om in onze prachtige serre een ontbijt vorm te helpen geven dat indruk zal maken op onze gasten.
De werktijden vinden plaats doordeweeks en in het weekend binnen de ontbijtdiensten van het hotel. Je moet dus vroeg opstaan, maar bent wel altijd optijd thuis! De diensten zijn van ongeveer 06:30 tot 14:30.

Wat zijn je taken:

Je bereid in de ochtend alle onderdelen van het ontbijt voor

Je bakt broodjes af, snijd vlees en kaaswaren en maakt fruitbakjes

Je serveert het ontbijt aan de gasten

Je maakt en serveert koffie creaties

Je helpt met het opruimen en netjes maken van de keuken

Maison Haas Hustinx is looking for a new Part-Time (24h) Breakfast hero for our location at the Vrijthof in Maastricht.
As a hotel, we constantly try to grow and innovate, our goal is to belong to the absolute global hotel top. This also includes a hotel breakfast that can measure up to this level. We are looking for you to help shape a breakfast in our beautiful conservatory that will impress our guests.
The working hours take place during the week and weekends within the breakfast services of the hotel. So you have to get up early, but you are always home on time! The shifts run from 06:30 to 14:30.

What are your duties:

You prepare all parts of the breakfast in the morning

You bake sandwiches, cut meat and cheese products and make fruit trays

You serve breakfast to the guests

You make and serve coffee creations

You help clean up and make the kitchen tidy 

Job Requirements
Wat zoeken wij in jou:

Je bent een aantal ochtenden beschikbaar gedurende de week

Je bent minimaal 1 weekenddag beschikbaar

Ervaring is fijn, maar we leren je met plezier de kneepjes van het vak

Je hebt affiniteit met eten en werken in een keuken; maar je hoeft absoluut geen ervaren kok te zijn!

Je hebt absoluut geen 9-5 mentaliteit

Je bent gemotiveerd, gedisciplineerd en representatief

Je kunt overweg met een flexibel rooster (ook in het weekend)

Als je geen Nederlands spreekt, is Engels een must.

What we look for in you:

You are available a number of mornings during the week

You are available for at least 1 weekend day

 Experience is nice, but we are happy to teach you the tricks of the trade

 You have an affinity with food and working in a kitchen, you do not however have to be an experienced cook

 You absolutely do not have a 9-5 mentality

You are motivated, disciplined and representative

 You can work with a flexible schedule (also on weekends)

If you don't speak Dutch, good English is a must.
