Your role in the journeyAs Meeting & Events / Banqueting Employee, you'll be at the heart of our event operations — ensuring every detail is delivered with care and professionalism. You'll be the go-to contact for guests and organizers, helping to create seamless and memorable experiences.Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the execution of meetings, conferences, weddings, gala dinners and more.
- Acting as the main point of contact during events, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintaining clear communication with colleagues across departments.
- Upholding and refining our five-star service standards throughout every event.
Job Requirements
What you'll bring
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Experience in hospitality, preferably in a hotel setting.
- A proactive, enthusiastic and hands-on attitude.
- Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus. Additional languages are preferred.
